Help anyone

Who knows about computers, I cant seem to get pics off galleries or photos wanted to save to my desktop! just says file format does not match or something like that. I usually right click on pic then save image to desktop but its driving me round the bloody bend now as am running out of pics to put on fb page! ny help would be appreciated thanks xx

Do you have the option to change the format the file is saved in eg: JPEg JFIf ? if you are ever given the option to change it then use the JPEG option for images.

I dont know Kathy how do I find out that?

just the code for the pic and box underneath where usually says jpeg is blank click and an option only all files

Check settings pal or try downloading another image viewer see if that works. Google chrome you use, try another browser.

Well? All else fails try remember when it last worked ok and do system restore.

Tried it all has let me copy a few but then it stops! will have to have a word with dad in law

letting you copy a few hmm might just be a glitch, try a virus scan just in case.

pcs maybe needing a clean hen theres a free program called c cleaner and another program called malwarebytes theres also another called regcure that will clean your registry.
