Now this is interesting. Because I travel I get the luxury of duty Frees and I always bust the allowance but when I get to the end of those and have to start paying regular prices I wince.

I've got to the stage that I'm thinking this is rediculous, I'm saving money to burn anyways Rolling Eyes I'm also not feeling very well so think there's a hint. Thing is, I actually enjoy it so just need to make that break.

Oddly, if I'm in a position that I cant smoke like on a plane I have no cravings or get uptight so I'm a non smoker in weighting I think.

I'm also the only one out of ten dart players that smokes now. A fact that hasn't gone unnoticed by me.

Lots of exercise seems to help. I only smoke one a day when having coffee and I have to go outside twice just to finish the one.

Also if you can get your OH to give up a bad habit at the same time it's a built in support group

I use a special pillow that seems to help with my snoring. I really only do it when I'm drunk or exhausted. There are also products out there like nose strips that help. Of course you would have to give up something as well

Stopped with disposable e cigs and 2mg ncotine chewing gum, then after 2 weeks just norm gum with odd blast from e cig. Just use normal gum now, stopped just over 2 years now but will have a sneaky puff if getting drunk with the lads which is not often these days.

was on 30 roll ups a day.

Personally, I decided to quit smoking half a year ago, by switching to vape and minimizing consumption of traditional cigarettes. It actually helps, by the way. For me vaping is actually a tasty way to not get nasty over all this process of quitting smoking

I smoked in high school but not when I played sports. I just went cold turkey. I remember I was driving over a bridge and I just said, I gotta stop smoking and I threw the pack of cigs out the window over the bridge. Never went back to them after. I smoked 2 packs a day just for reference.Good luck to you.
