Big counter down to Archie 1st walk.

This coming Saturday i can take Archie on his 1st walk from advice off the vet. Ive ordered a harness off fleabay. Ill finish my nightshift let him out the back for his whizz. Then its off we go

Exciting times, finally you can get into a proper routin! Good luck, I doubt you'll get much walking done though with all the new smells and things to see remember your camera if you can please

how exciting!!! i remember Woodys first walk, he bumpbed into lamposts and allsorts as he was too busy nosing around!!!

Have fun but try not to be discouraged if he wants to stop and sniff everything in site twice.

Yay, I remember waiting to take my Roxy out and was sooooooo excited when I could.

ow this is so exciting, billy didn't do much on his first walk, just sniffing and lying down refusing to move and trying to bite the lead

if he is anything like Winston.. he picks up a rock and carries it abit, then spits it out to pick up a twig.. a few steps later .. it's a leaf .... and he trots along so proudly with it in his mouth..

Bit of a damp squib. The weather was a bit drizzly. Wasnt too keen on walking on a leash outside out of his comfort zone. Manage to get out of the street and into the next. Out for about 10 mins then took him home.

He wasnt impressed. Didnt care to much to walk in whatever direction i was walking. Went home. Then for him to have accident in the house.

awww maybe he didn't like the drizzle. !! Give it time and he will really look forward to his walks...
