How bloody irresponsible keeping his dog off the lead ?? Staring would be seen as a challenge to any dog, well done for avoiding the situation.

people may think mias a bad dog she isnt its just unfortunate she had terrible owners until i got her aged 3 ive taken her to dog classes the park everything to try and socialise her with big dogs the dog i was told she was bred with was massive!!! she was bred at 7 and a half months old then just after not sure when she had her 2nd litter...... people do not know the pains ive taken to try and socialise mia she loves small dogs and cats thats good enough for me. if i didnt take her in she would have been dead by now

He should put his dog on the lead, what a A hole, he obviously likes the fact of his dog attacking other dogs especially when you said its already had a fight with another dog, people like him give staffys a bad name
