ROLO 4yr old Labrador-X-Staffie

Rolo is 4yr old Labrador-X-Staffie boy who has sadly spent almost half his short life in kennels! He was originally a stray & went into a pound, but no-one came to claim him, so the pound put him up for rehoming. 2 years later he was still in the pound. We saw this boy's sad story & offered to try & find him a home - so here we are.
Rolo will need to be an only dog in a cat-free home &, as he can be quite a bouncy boy we feel a home with older children will suit him best. At the moment he appears to try to be a dominant dog & will Jump up to gain attention, so Rolo will need to go to family that has experience of this sort of thing & where there will be someone around for a lot of the time. He is also quite head-strong, & pulls on the lead so our dog behaviourist will be working with Rolo on all his training issues, & we will post updates of his progress here. With a little time,effort & TLC, we feel sure that somewhere in there is a loving boy just waiting to make himself at home on a comfy sofa.
