what i did

cook the brown rice in chicken stock last 6 mins i added some frozen peas

while the rise was cooking i finely chop garlic, red onion, and red pepper roughly chop up the chicken & crack 2 eggs

i added the chicken into a no stick pan and cook till white then added the finely chop up stuff added dry chills, smoke paprika cook till everything cook down then removed the chicken, finely chop up stuff onto a plate

i added the eggs to the non stick pan and added salt, brown pepper, dry chilli and parsley cook like you would make scrambled eggs then


when the eggs are done add the chicken again then finish off adding the rice and peas just to warm everything up again

Food! Looks lovely Steve i do salt and pepper chicken with egg fried rice

Started detox yesterday ginger shot in the morning plenty of water and caffeine free tea and 4 veg juices which are freshly made for me - only managed 3 of the juices yesterday i was stuffed
