Very annoyed

So there's a guy in my complex I don't particularly like... he has (possibly had as I haven't seen her in a while) an English Bulldog that he kept outdoors (in our heat??!!). Today on our complex walk we saw him with a new 8 week old staffy (also called Roxy).

1. He walked an 8 week old pup around the complex - once round is about 500m or so
2. Someone asked him what's wrong with her ears...they're docked...at 8 weeks!! But his answer was "so that the cartilage can grow properly"

I hope he doesn't plan on making her an outdoor dog too

Makes you wonder what planet some people are on.

I'm getting more annoyed thinking about it.

Thought so myself lisa i know docking a dogs tails illegal dnt know about their ears

Both ears and tails are usually illegal as far as I know

Neither of those breeds are good outdoor dogs

Ear docking over here is definitely covered under Animal mutilation in the Animal Welfare act - only know as I'm currently looking into a non-vetinary neutering concern. There are also two versions basically 'perform' and 'permit'

Id be reporting the owner as for a pup that young its either him or the breeder!!!!!
