Bugs on the run! Empty Bugs on the run!

Post by Rachel33 Thu Sep 18 2014, 10:52

Martyn (my OH) has made the decision to go back into the army, so Bug has been joining him on his training runs!! She loves it and is going to be a little beefcake by the end of it. They run for about 45 minutes at a time, she exercises a lot anyway (a variety of walking, hiking, off lead running/play time, swimming and flirt pole/tug games), so think her fitness level suits this, but wondered if anyone would recommend anything for her joints? We're estimating that she's about 6 years old now.

I would recommend a tablet that contains glucosamine & chondroitin as this would be beneficial for her joints. An example in the link below but there are many other tablets out there that would be just as good.:

Agree with the Glucosamine Rach. When our old dog started to get stiffer legs, we really noticed the difference in her after putting her on these.
