Heard the news originaly but did not follow the case at all

Think his other gun charges might get him a longer sentence if the judge thinks mistakes were made in the murder case. Think he will get found guilty of culpable homicide and gun charges lol everyone's an expert on these trials. Then the following Thursday its the Scottish independence vote, busy September.

Even with culpable homicide and gun charges he will still be free till the appeal starts, if he appeals that is Sad

They seem to forget someone died that night and it should be about her not him.

Exactly that - her poor parents will never have peace or justice - no matter the outcome. Right now I'm thinking it might be a suspended sentence and not allowed to appeal Surprised
