I've got that! It tastes like flowers lol!! I use valerian if I'm really struggling to sleep. Didn't find this helped much, how did you find it? X

I've used it for years. Being in the military I often had to change sleep cycles from day to night or time zomes. Melatonin is a natural chemical that helps induce sleep so I've found it very usefull. I take mine in capsule form though.
