It does help get through the day. After it's a habit you will notice you have more energy

Spent over 7 hours in meetings and nothing really got accomplished. Work can be like that sometimes though

Not a fan of meetings at all - especially if anything can be done via skype/email instead of wasting time!

I'm not a big fan of email. It often confuses things espically if the subject matter is complex. It does help with time zones though. 2AM meetings really suck
