forgot to post my rage!!!

We took loki to haldon forest with Eli as the gruffalo trail is there, we were walking along peacfully and this golden retreiver came running over barking, growling and snapping in lokis face, I asked the guy to put the dog on a lead and he just asked which way we were going, loki just sat there looking at me like what the hell is wrong with that thing.....eventually it left.and the owner left saying its not my fault hes barking at a puppy!!!!! but why did he not even have the decency to put his out of control animal on a lead!! I hate people.

Again another owner with lackedge of common sense! x

Makes me so angry that Staffies get all the s**t what about all the dogs that are like this and tbeir owners do nothing!!!

It happened again today, but with my son instead of loki, massive rhodisian x mastiff jumped on him and smacked him in the face, the dog was obviously playing but the owner just let her carry on running!! Did even tell her off for it, so annoyed, l
Pissed loki off as well as he went running in front of the rhodisian and then sat in front of eli on the bench.

We've had some bad experiences with Labs too. Thankfully here dogs are very rarely off lead so we don't have many issues

   

Well the field I take eli is a dog walking park, and all the dogs are off thd lead in there!!! It just makes me so mad!! All the bad press staffies get,and most of the time it isnt even a staffie. But all these other dogs are allowed to gdt away with it

Its not so much dogs not on a lead as loki runs up to dogs but hes a puppy and he wont learn unless hes told off by a few, its people that refuse to put their dogs on a lead even after theyve been aggressive

So many rude idiots about   

In a public place i think all dogs regardless of breed should be on a leash terrible staffies get a bad name what about the other dogs

The park I go to is a public place but its also a dog park, where its deisgned so dogs can be off the lead, most of them are fine, its just the few that ruin it

I have the same with beau what the hells wrong with folk its tv radjo and newspapers keep bringing our breed up so everyone thinks all bull breeds are nasty my nice was walking her 7 month old old and this f@#$ ing idiot said can you move that mutt its intimidating ! Yeah!!! I get people frowning and glaring at me when their dogs are barking at loki, and hes just sat there like...and your problem is??

This does my head in too, sadly a daily occurance for us when out for walkies, drives me mad though all the same

Theres a train of thought people seem to have tht a lab, retriever, whatever other breed can be off lead regardless as their "family pet breeds" and it doesnt include staffies :-( they must be on lead. And others who just dont see how a dog barking or snappong may affect a little 1
