allergic to their bites   scratch myself to bits.

Eat marmite,avoid perfumes and I use citronella had a nasty reaction and about 40 bites in Spain once since then I've used the wrist bands when I go away and they seem to do the trick

Hi Lisa they do for me, I have a very bad reaction to them, they always bite me by my eyes, and my eyes swell so much I can't see, plus side I can't see him
