my crazy friday night out

when i went to bed (i cant remember) like always i take an big bottle of milk with me    like an numpthy i spilled it all over my bedroom floor the next day i thought i clean it up good enough but the smell that coming from that spot it's unbearable very sickly, i have bought carpet clean did it twice, and clean the under lay, i clean it with all purple cleaning stuff & antibacterial spray for carpets i have sprayed the under lay and carpet

  i can still smell it   do i need to buy an new carpet do you think or wait an till it drys

Do you have a carpet steamer or could you rent one? That gets rid of most things.

That's the best option that I know of. Other than that open a window to get some air in and hope it dries out soon.

I'd try dettol before you give in steve and buy a new one, works great on everything

i will let the under lay and carpet dry before i try it again

Leave a window open while it drys and hopefully will be gone then  

That will take ages to go personally I would get a new carpet

I reckon a new carpet or fit laminate if you keep spilling things. Milk is really hard to get rid of   

I had a bottle of milk spill in my van once.. I don't think it ever went   

Mind you we strapped a kipper under the hood of one of the young lads vans years back.. He searched that van for months.. Bloody funny it was.. He cussed us out every damn morning     

just went up to have an little sniff of the underlay that could be ok now but the carpet still smell very sicky another night in the small bedroom
