Worrying, although I don't drink diet drinks - I don't like the taste............

everyone tells me this as I love diet soft drinks.... and I have given up for a while but always gone back to them .. probably have one or 2 cans a day of diet soft drink.... but I love soda water and fizzy mineral water too, so I trying to buy that more now than diet cola. they must put stuff in it to make you crave it I reckon...

only drink wine and coffee, i think anything diet is bad for you all them sweeteners cannot be good for you

pretty bad really cuz thats alls iv been drinkin (as well as coffee) for the past few months as it is free on s.w. diet.... and dont think i cud ever giv up fizzy pop Sad

My biochemistry teacher talked about this a few years ago (and MSG and a few other additives to avoid).. Thankfully I think it tastes horrible, so it's easy to drink something else.

i always put s.w. n jus expect ppl 2 no so its me bein the thick 1 lol. yeah it is workin, iv been doin it since the end of january n iv lost nearly a stone n i still eat basically wot i want... if not more! if i cut out abit of the rubbish id of lost more, but i like my happy food Big Grin
