Grinding Teeth Empty Grinding Teeth

Hey guys. I don't think this is a health issue. I think it's more of a habit.
After Prince has had something to eat, he cleans his mouth (like all dogs), but when he closes his mouth, he grinds his teeth. He doesn't do it all the time though, but its just one of those things that I hate.
I have had a look at his teeth and also how his jaw and teeth line up and everything looks fine.
How do I get him to stop grinding his teeth?

Grinding of teeth is normally caused by tooth ach it maybe the smallest of cracks/breaks that you can not see better off getting it checked at the vets as teeth grinding is seen as coping with the amount of pain and after a while it may turn into a habit.
The first few times he done it, it may of been tooth ach but now its a habit.
If the vets says there is nothing wrong then you know it is habit and you can try snapping it out of him when he goes to do it chuck a toy his way distract him some how.

Oh my god. My dog keeps doing this recently and it's annoying me so much!

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with her, shes just started grinding them when she settles down to sleep.

The noise goes right through me. Sad
