Just put this on and a staffie just found in a suit case in a park in london what a terrible state had a litter or two of pup the dog was skin and bone how the hell can people treat dogs like this so upsetting wish they could find the culprits lock them up and thro away the key

Was not keen on this man until I saw that program. He went up in my estimation incredibly. I find it very hard and very frustrating to watch because I cannot understand the treatment some of these animals are subjected to. I hate Humans sometimes (quite a lot of the time really).

Sorry but I cannot watch this programm, it's just so upsetting to me

I like Paul O'Grady, wish I could watch the shows. I think this series has been on TV before

I do wonder what the hell goes through their sick minds when they do something like that, when they catch people like that the sentencing should be harsh, not just a slap on the wrist   

i must admit that paul does seemt to care for the dogs

Glad I didn't see it; as I would have been really upset.
If the culprits are caught lets hope they are given a prison sentence and time spent with the RSPCA to show them that their acts are not acceptable.

It really upsets me I cry me eyes out but it's lovely when the dogs get a forever home, I would love him to do a follow up so we can see them all enjoying their new lives

Yes think that would be great to see how they were getting on in there new homes

When we got Flo from BDCH they had the notices up saying that they were filming but we didn't see any Cameras or the man himself   

We watched the first series avidly looking to see if our girl had a cameo  though 

My parents were never a fan of Paul or dogs either! But they watch this religiously and love it, they love the happy endings for the dogs and they love what a softy Paul is with them. Lovely programme and although can be upsetting does focus on the happy endings which is really upliftingxx

Aww I love this programme, I love the American Bulldog he had a real soft spot for in the last season but I can't remember his name, he was gorgeous though!

Missed the show but have seen one before he does love his animals   

There is an amazing guy in america called Eldad Hagar he rescues the stray dogs and posts updates on his own website some of you may have seen him but check out his videos on youtube - there is no bad bits in them just from the point he finds them and rescues them. Here is my favourite video

Paul O'Grady openly stated that spending time at Battersea had totally changed his preconception of Staffordshires and what a lovely dog they are.

I like the fact that he tries to break through Breed Prejudice and highlights the issue of Dogs in Rescue and that even the Dogs with "issues" are like it because of the treatment they have received from Humans and can be helped.

It was Carmine - it has been repeated, its on ITV 3 Wednesday nights about 9pm - I didnt watch it the first time round so have been recording the repeats, he was at crufts doing agility with some Staffies!
