Took Jim out for his nightly walk, and he was really pulling to go in one direction, and really hyper. He's is good walking, i don't know if he seen something and wanted to go for it or not, as it was pretty dark and only had my iphone light torch on (We live in the middle of no where lol ) or if he was playing silly buggers and just wanted to pull me about.

Sometimes it is sometimes it isn't.

We do get a lot of wild animals, my cat has brought home rats, birds etc She even tried to go for a rabbit lmao.

I didn't want to go that way because it was really dark and muddy didn't fancy sliding about the mud, going to have to get a head torch lol

He could well have either heard or seen something you didn't maybe something off in the distance, at night their sense of smell is higher too so he may have smelled something.
