I'm with direct line and have a lifetime policy this means if Darcy gets something long term they'll cover it pets at home and animal friends are good too. Smile

Molly is with Petplan. We've had to claim a few times and they've been fantastic and not increased the yearly policy premium massively. It's also incredibly easy to claim as our vets fill in the claim forms and send them directly to pet plan (i'd prob forget to claim back if I had to do this myself).

I would definitely recommend them.

I was with Direct Line last year and had to make a claim, which was paid - after 6 weeks (less £80 excess). As I had to pay over £500 out of my pocket immediately this made life difficult for a while. When renewal time came my premium had doubled! So I changed to M&S for the same premium as before (about £15 a month for life-time cover). The good thing about M&S is that they have a 24/7 phoneline for vet advice, which is comforting to know.
