just made the best omelette & stock up on iron

the tomoatoe sauce:-
3 fresh tomatoes
1/3 of red and yelllow pepper
1/3 of an red onion
1/3 of celery stick
1tbsp red wine
2 tbsp white wine
1tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp of smoked paprika or paprika
1/4 of chilli powder
1 tsp of garlic
1/2 tsp of oregano
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp of rosemary
salt and pepper

i just added salt and pepper to 3 eggs

split tin of tuna into 2

sorry i forgot the nearly cook omelette photo

when your omelette is nearly do add an big spoon full of your sauce one side of your omelette


add one half your tuna on top of the sauce (dont add the full tine you wont be able to fold the omeletter i try before)


fold the omelette cook for an while i flip it over and cook the other side also


add the other half of the tuna with the remaining sauce or you could have the sauce one side and the tuna the other side it's upto you


and you will end up with something like this

you can cook this in about 15mins simple

the sauce i just add everything together and blend throw it in an pan cook it down beat 3 eggs pitch of salt and pepper open and split an tine of tuna easy peasy

Trouble is I am crap at making omelettes   They always end up like scrambled eggs
