i had to get out of bed and pay some bills today and felt alot worse because of it so i've stock up on honey, lemon, ginger, vicks inhalers sticks, fisherman friends and beechams powers so i'm not going leave my bed now till i'm better now

have you been to the Dr? you may need a course of Anti B to clear your chest and nose... if it is lkeft untreated and it is a bactirial infection it will turn to pneumonia quiet quickly.. ( believe me my son had it 8 times before 2, thats another long story)

The trouble is, Mel, the doctors here don't want you in the surgery if you think you have flu, because of the swine flu epidemic! And trying to get one to come out is like trying to find rocking horse s**t!

1) cut off a few bits of ginger and add really hot water (for 20/30mins)
2) remove all the ginger bits (or you can keep it in it's upto you)
3) add egg cup of lemon, 2 egg cup of jack d (lol) and 2 spoons full of honey and mix well lol
4) add more hot water and mix well again.
