2 slice of bread

the beans
1 200g of baken beans
1 full red chilli
1/2 of green chilli
1 teaspoon hot chilli
1 teaspoon smoked smoked paprika

The eggs
3 small eggs (i dont think i will do 3 again 2 would of been plenty)

pitch of salt and pepper

all of it weight about 420grams :)nice meal

bread was only 55gs

its not all about weight of foods its more to do with the type and makeup of foods 55gms of bread will weigh more in the stomach as it will absorb liquids you could have a 200grm potatoes for the same food group weight

warren i know this i been eat around 350g to 400g per day every day for last 46 days and lost over 3 stones  

sorry 1 and half stones
