she has no remorse at all, but that is the evil of addiction too. maybe if she was sober she might have been the best mum ever. i think she needs to pay severley for what she let happen but social care should have took that baby away a long time ago. If someone is suspected of being an alcoholic they need the kdis took away until they sober up. or maybe they should start a scheme thing where the parent is kicked out and a foster worker moves in for a while until the parent dries up

The authorities are just not doing their jobs, they should have picked up on that from day one!! I hope she suffers!!!! 

it's sad when someone dies BUT when you are ill you dont know what you are doing clearly this woman was will only person/people to blame this dead on are the social worker and the police.....

The authorities are certainly to blame as well but that woman, I'm not saying she is evil but personally I think they should lock her in a cell and starve her to death, see how she likes it, just disgusting what that poor child suffered at her hands
