food that melts like cheese

i want something super healthy any idea or is there no such thing?

Cannot think of anything else but a low fat cheese really. Try to find one with a good flavour.

i cant eat cheese becasue if i start i be 17 stone in a month

No I can't think of anything that melts, like Kathy says you can buy low fat cheese but it doesn't really melt!

Do it with out cheese it can still be yummy, just veggies and tuna, chilli goes nice with tuna, olives, sweetcorn, onion, pepper, anything like that

I love tuna You don't need cheese with it you can still make something good  

what i did today was watercress, spinach i added tin of baked beans with smoked paprika in it and added an tin of tuna on top with black papper on it

Sounds nice, my sister makes potato wedges and a spicy tomato and tuna sauce, that's lovely, but I like it best on pasta

I don't really have a recipe, I make a spicy tomato sauce, tinned tomatos, garlic, chilli, onion, red pepper, oregano, basil and add the tuna, I like olives in it for my pasta, sometimes capers too  Just before you serve at a little cinemon don't know why but it makes it extra nice (Jamie oliver tip I think!)
