I swear to god I have never had such a week in all my life were I have cried as much. The slightest thing set's me off I am scared to talk to anyone at work incase they set me off I really need to get a grip

big hugs from me Tracie, it is probably your hormones, take some evening primrose it works for me, mine have been up and down for ages, think it's the change, then someone said to take evening primrose 2000mg per day and it has worked so far

its those weepies that made me get woody last year so cant be too down on them!! i think im maybe a bit young for the change but sometimes life just gets to you and you need to let it out! not had as bad an "episode" since i got the woodster so somethings go ok!
