It's 2am here and I just can't sleep!!! I have 5 hours of classes tomorrow so I know I will be knackered, sleep remedies anyone? Crying or Very sad

Aww this is a major dilemma of mine if anyone know any tips I'm all ears, the last 2+ weeks I've been having a couple of hours a night xxx

In extreme cases I just get up and come back to the computer until I am tired again

Steve I wish it were that easy, been laying here with nothing on for 2 hours Sad
Hayley, tonight I know how you feel and it's horrid.
I'm laying here with the iPad and Rocky is snoring his head off, I can't win!!! I don't have a man to snore in my ear, to make up for it I got my rocky. Rolling Eyes

Have you tried music? Smile When I can't sleep, I put music or the TV on low in the background. For some reason, it helps sometimes.

I tend to make up a storyline in my head (I used to write short stories, so it comes easily!). One that is nice & peaceful is better than one about world war 3!!!Wink

I do some relaxation exercises while laid in bed and try and clear my mind completely, concentrating on my breathing Smile Hope you got some sleep eventually xx

I read a book - the more boring the better. My eyes soon droop closed - I've quite often not even managed to switch off my beside light and find it blazing away when I awake at a sensible time!

I ended up getting to sleep at 5am, with 2 hours sleep im exhausted,i ended up getting in the pool and went for a relaxing swim, and the pool is heated which helped!!
