Cant sleep

worked over most days this week and lasted on 4-5 hrs sleep a night moved to nights last night and couldn't sleep in the day yesterday, was sure i would be on to a winner today but still it evades me

Changing shift patterns must be a real pain in tha backside. I remember working nights when I first left school and not being able to sleep during the day it was awful. It took me about 6 weeks to get the hang of it.

Tis a pain I am sure though if its hot where you are like here, I wouldn't be able to sleep either. Its 24 degrees at the mo!
