Rogan Josh Con Carne

i just made it   and it tasting very nice

what i did is cook the chilli the normal way but without the spice you normal put in

i added this instead that why i called it Rogan Josh Con Carne next time i may do Tikka Masala Con Carne

Rogan Josh paste

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 teaspoons garam masala

1 teaspoon turmeric

½ teaspoon sea salt

2 tablespoons tomato puree

2 fresh red chilli

1 small bunch fresh coriander

2 teaspoons cumin seeds

2 teaspoons coriander seeds

1 teaspoon black peppercorns

Now that does sound nice. 

Mmm sounds good, I love spicy food :-)

next time i do this i think i will only put 1 red chilli in it but i have to say it was pretty damm good
