Josh - large x-breed youngster

Josh is around one year old and has been in the care of www.homes4dogs.co.uk ever since he was about five months of age.

He is a big lad and will need an owner who is prepared to put the hours in training him - he doesn't know his house rules but should be receptive to love, guidance and, of course, food.

He loves his play.

He is a proper handsome lad, Janey.

Just a pity that the clock is ticking during his puppyhood.

I've walked him a few times and he's a character - very loveable but probably not for a first time owner as he needs someone who knows how to train a dog essentially from scratch.

Such a shame, I wish Moo would allow another, I wasn't amazingly educated when I got Moo, had owned previously, just worked alongside the rescue. Good luck Xx

He is a handsome lad, hope he finds the right owner soon.

Walked him today and I broke into a sprint, which he loved - for all 50 metres of it.

Problem was he carried on, so ended up taking my little legs faster than they were ever designed to go.

Ended up taking giant steps like I was on the moon.

Back at base, he gave me his best lick, a paw, and a sort of face nuzzle, which was quite nice actually - he has good breath.

He is so handsome ,l hope he gets a home soon

After nine months or so at the rescue, the chunky monkey known as Josh has scooped a new home.

He'd allegedly packed his bags in two minutes flat, ordered a celebration chicken meal, and was last seen driving down the road, shades on, radio on full blast, eagerly anticipating future life as a free man.

Good luck mate - you've certainly waited your turn.
