This product contains Nettle Leaf Extract. It is
a traditional herbal medicinal product used for
the relief of minor aches and pains in the
joints. This is based on traditional use only.

4 - Possible side effects
Like all medicines, this product can cause side
effects. Possible side effects are:

• Mild gastrointestinal effects such as
  nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea
  
  
• Allergic skin reactions such as itching,
  rash and hives (raised itchy bumps)
  

Stop taking this product immediately if you
experience an allergic reaction.
If anyof the above side effects become
serious or if other side effects not mentioned
above occur, a Doctor or a qualified
Healthcare Practitioner should be consulted

Try it, can't do any harm surely and got to be better for you than the painkillers!

bloody hell you have to see the size of these  they horse capsules i'm not sure you can use these long term on the back is if you still in pain after 4 weeks of using them you have to see your doctor does that mean you only take them for 4 weeks and then stop does anybody know?

Would have thought it means they haven't worked so go and see you Doctor and no point continuing to take them?

Unless it says specificly not for long term use, I would think it's OK (but I'm no expert!) But if they don't do the job your taking them for then not much point carrying on?

I take cranberry capsules every day, but that's just for vitamin C

yea i take vit c and d omega 3 garlic and clucosamine

That's quite a list! Hope the nettle stuff works for you, got to be better than all the painkillers! :-)

I'm same Steve. Feel like a right old pensioner. Get up in the morning and first thing I do is line up me meds  
Probably same as you will take anything, just want the pain to go
