How to build 1 year old staffy up.

Hi folks. Mia turns 1 yo in two days. Now that she's not gonna grow much taller. Is there any tips or advice on filling her out. Do i up her walks and exercise? And do i need to adjust the nutrition in her meals if she is gonna be getting more exercise? Or do they naturally fill out after growing up? Thanks Sam.

They naturally fill out as they grow obviously exercise helps but she will only be as big as her genes, a good indication will be if you saw the parents

As Janey said its all in "Make up" so to speak. I have never done anything special with Vinnie but he is naturally a well built boy, as his Father was.

As said above they naturally fill out. I got Daisy last September from a rescue centre who estimated her at 1-2 years old, she has just filled out in the last 2/3 months and is much stockier and muscly now.
