What type of food do you feed your dog?

Home cooked mostly and dry kibble to help keep her teeth clean

i want to change her food but dont know what to change to, she is on pedigree right now but i find that a little boring, i want her to have more protein, what do u guys think would be good

Rocco & Dixie are on Pero and have found it has been really good for them - easy to maintain weight and they certaily look better.

Deano is on arden grange puppy and nature diet puppy.

They also get natural youghurt every other day (table spoon adults, teaspoon puppy)

i ws feeding pero to mine but ive gone to wainwrights for a few months,but i do mix in a little mince,heart,liver,chicken breast.to brighten it up for them .downside they wont touch it unless i put soem goodies in it ..clever dogs .they do get conditioning tablets daily also and garlic once a week ,along with some sardines..

Mine are both on JWB but Ty is starting to go off it so i was thinking about switching them both to fish4dogs, bit pricey but looks well worth it!

fao blaze666 as i pointed out yesterday after one of your posts the only way forward if the food expensive you will have to cut down on the money you spend on your own food lol and as i said before memphis is off his jwb have looked at the fish4dogs and agree it looks good.

ive also looked into a raw diet but to honest at 24 years old with 2 dogs a cat 2 kids and 4 step kids i think im just gonna have to keep it simple!! haha

Raw. It's cheap & nutricious!

I buy frozen minced tripe & give them both a raw meaty bone every other day. I get the bones from the local Morrison's & they're really cheap! I also occasionally pulp some fruit & veg & they love that.

Lucy is on a raw diet, this is a continuation from her breeder.
Her mum and dad were excellent looking beasts.
She loves chicken necks and carcasses, beef offcuts and bones etc, best part is the price.
This is balanced with biscuits and some veg.
She is growing vigourously.

Blue has had a unsettled stomach
So I didn't feed him for 24 hours and then fed him skinless chicken and white rice. Now he is settled again im slowly introducing wainwrights dry mix which he seems to be enjoying.
We will have to see if he still enjoys it once the chicken and rice have left the dish

FAO stupid staffy be very carefull for the chicken bones i was watching bondi vets the other day and it was gruesom when a dog got chicken carcas stuck in his throat and it can be life tretaning in a pup as the lineing is so thin and easyly cut sharp bones which becomes easily infected

Orijen kibble and fresh chicken and vegetables.
He doesn't do at all well on rice - turns into projectile vomit.

Both are on Davies chicken and rice which is hypoalengenic (sorry spelling) and is slightly cheeper than jwb

Wainwrights (and a few leftovers from lunch now and again)
