long/tracking leads Empty long/tracking leads

We finally got round to trying the long leads yesterday. As I've mentioned they took forever to get here and we simply don't have the open spaces as many of you do. There is a smallish dog park we go to which can become pretty stressful walking the pups on lead (I won't let them off there as gates lead onto busy roads and there are way too many overly excited off leads dogs) so there is always lots of pulling and us walking like there's no tomorrow!

So off we went to the park with the 10m leads and it was soooo good to see how happy the pups were - and how relaxed we were. They got to have a really good run. Roxy was off and loving it. Vinny was a bit nervous at first as he likes to stay close and kept coming back (good boy Big Grin ) and the lead was doing really well for Roxy's recall - I wish I'd had these when she was a pup now!

Overall, I felt very chuffed with my UK leads and the OH and I had one of the most relaxed walks ever. The pups were exhausted and therefore very happy too!

Thanks for the recommendations on here thumbs up

PS: We were too busy having so much fun that I forgot about pics - but there's always today!
