I think the OP is saying wag the tail faster, as in "about to take off". Not eat faster.

thanks all - and yes Mat u are correct in having his tail wag faster not eating.He has a habit when u start to talk to him his tail wags and wags until his about to take off. It seems to be an excitement in him.
