Vaccination Day is on Monday
I FINALLY got the money that i was due from Centrelink(Australia's Social Security) for back pay of my disability claim(see what happens when u deny someone the DSP 4 times -u gotta pay out BIG time) so the first thing i did was ring the Vet to get both dogs vaccinated & Mia microchipped- Harley was microchipped as a little puppy but they are behind in vaccinations as they were due in October, i'm hoping all will be okay as i'm not sure how Mia will go as the Vet doesn't usually come to the house and she's not used to people she doesn't know being on her property, it's s different Vet everytime we see them.
Don't tell Mia or Harley that the V.E.T is coming to visit them it's a secret.

Re: Vaccination Day is on Monday
My adults got their vaccination on the 14th Taz hates the car/waiting room and last time i took him there were about 6 other male dogs in the waiting waiting room and he went crazy after one of the other males did then all of them did, the room was tiny so dogs were less than a foot away from each other and all going crazy and it didn't help when Cassie was pulling me towards the other dogs being submissive and flirting it was a nightmare lol good luck.

Re: Vaccination Day is on Monday
Thanks all, Claire luckily we have a vet that comes to us- i don't drive anyway and alot of taxi drivers won't take dogs in them unless they are those smally yappy ones.
It all went well with Harley but as I predicted, the devil dog in Mia came out, she went berko, luckily i had tight hold of her leash otherwise the vet who had already injured himself @ the previous house call would have had a few extra injuries, Mia tried to bite me at one stage- no suprise there & eventually the vet realised he shoud get a muzzle to put on her, she was fine after that but whenever he tried to come close she'd bark @ him again. Thank god it's only once a year.

Poor girl, she really doesn't want to have needles poked in her & who can blame her?

Well its all done for now! You'll know for the future to just have Mia muzzled straight away, Carylls 'Dempsy' wore one not so long back for the vets. They react differently, bit as long as nothing happens you won't see em for a year
