favourite scratch place

I've started to notice it more often, but if Brutus is getting super excited or he just wants a scratch, all we have to do to make him happy is scratch his rump. It sends him in to an instant transe and he is almost comatosed.

Is this the same for everyone, or does each dog have a favourite scratch place?

Bless him! My girl LOVES the side of her head scratched, just behind her ear! If you do it just right she'll kind of pur like a cat and lay down all sprawled out sometimes I do it when she's scratching her ears and she gets confused and her leg just goes crazy but she looks so happy

brutus was laying on his cushion yesterday and we started scratching his rump. he was enjoying it so much he rolled off his cushion. didn't shock him at all, as he jumped straight back on to his cushion and expected more. Such a softy

Belly definitely

His neck or just behind the ear. I've scratched his chest/belly a few times and I have no idea whether he likes it or not because he has a massive grin on his face and messes around if I stop, but he doesn't stay like that for long

Along his ribs, he makes a funny grin, with his lips turned into what looks like a smile with his pearly whites showing

With Rocky it's either his belly or his bum, he loves having his bum rubbed

Woody loves his bum scratched too just in front f his tail but he stretches his legs right out and he falls over silly dog. He also likes his ears rubbed and his cheek to be gently stroked

Hahaha tyke is the same! His rump and down the back of his legs he wnt mice an inch!!! I find it hilarious!

Dempsey has a few.

He likes his 'tickle belly' time especially, but also likes having his rear, slightly to the left of the base of his tail, scratched. Also behind his ears and the side/under his neck. Also loves having his turkey thighs scratched. And his throat rubbed.

my ex gfs staffy used to just go into a sort of trance and repeatedly lick the air if you sratched at the base of her tail and buck does the same. weird

I do the same when my boy goes to itch himself near his ear, I take over and do it he just stares at me but loves it, I get scared he might hurt his eye or ear

My boy loves when you scratch him everywhere lol apart from his legs he doesn't like his back legs being touched but everywhere else, he loves it!!

Katy's neck or rub her waist & she just stops whatever she's doing
