how much exercise

hi, new to the forum just got a 5month old staffy bitch and i dont want to over exercise her,she walks with my other dog which is an adult boxer cross.now i know she doesnt need the same amount of exercise as he does(2hours aday) what would be the max she could have daily.

hmmmm i would say probably two half hour walks per day would be good as well as playtime at home and gradually increase it so by the time shes a year old she can do the same as your boxer x

Same as Carly, 2 x half hours & gradually increase.

Milly is 6 months and gets a half hour walk in a morning and between 3 quarters to a hour at night. We have taken her for longer and she was a bit stiff so we are trying to keep to a set times for a few weeks and then build up slowley.

thanks, we got her off a breeder i dont think he was exercising her much to start with
and i have been compared to a staffy on more than 1 occasion lol
