I learnt a valuable lesson today when I took Logan to the fields for a run about...

If your lead is 20ft long don't throw the ball 25 feet for him to fetch.

Yeh Ouch!! Vinnie did that once and damaged my shoulder had to go to a chiropractor to have it fixed!! Hope not in too much pain Mat! Smile

Nope lol, but my pride is hurt badly. Laughing

The police were driving past and they stopped to have a good look at me (standard) and I threw the ball only to nearly have my arm pulled clean off lol.

Yeah, I've been there before, as well as falling flat on my face. Suffice to say from now on I run a bit to lesson the pull Laughing hope your arm isn't too damaged!

ouch, my OH did this too me and found it funny when i was in pain but my worst one was when i was holidng the long line wrapped around my arm/hand and he goes for a run with another dog and i get severe rope burn, couldnt move my fingers for a hole day :-( !!!
