THIS IS MY WINDOW!

THERE ARE MANY LIKE IT, BUT THIS ONE IS MINE!


I don't know why but for the last week this has been Stigs window, he pretty much has the run of the house but he's decided of all the chairs, carpets and his bed, this is where he would like to be. Part of me likes it as he keeps a look out and I know if anyone is coming to the door, the downside is I prefer people round here not knowing I have him but the windows at the back of the house just aren't good enough for Stig, think he's just a nosey parker. Anyone elses dog claimed a strange place to sit throughout the day?

Haha yes he's very dedicated, there's quite a lot of foot traffic at the front so he has plenty to watch through the day, as for the window we have 3 messy toddlers so it's cleaned every night anyway, thats also the reason it has a drop down blind instead of a vertical one so a net curtain would be a big mistake, I have enough to clean as it is lol. I'm actually glad he likes that particular window as the one in the lounge/diner is twice as big, the room he spends most of his time in is the kids play room which has been decorated and furnished with messy kids in mind so he can pretty much do what he wants without damaging anything, and he gets the best view of the street from there :-)

Aww, daisy is a window sitter too, I push the stool over and she sits on that looking out!!

Bruno did the same thing. But we decided to stop him and he is not able to sit on the window anymore. He could sit on it for ages especially when we were gone . The reason why we stop that was that he scratched sofa which is next to the window and he broke few things from coffee table cause he also used it to get on the window. And we started to close the doors from living room so he cant get on the window anymore. Guess what was Bruno idea. That day he was alone for few hours and because living room was closed he went upstairs to our bedroom and start to jump on very heavy drawer chest which stands by the window. Thank God this drawer chest didn't move and fall on him cause I think I didn't close enough one of the drawers and Bruno open it very wide don't know how he did it but he could hurt himself oh and all the stuff that we had on this drawer chest were on the floor . It was a long time about month to teach him that he cant sit on the window but it works.
