Mia goes on a date

One of my neighbours has a Cocker Spaniel so we regularly bump into each other when I'm walking Mia. He was probably one of the first strange dogs Mia met and ever since they met they both go crazy when they see each other.

They always have a bit of a wrestle on the street so we decided to take them for a proper walk where they could run around properly.

As both dogs had such a good time we decided to do the same again this weekend, with similar results:






I only wish the camera on my phone was quicker because I took a load of photos but these are the only ones that aren't an incomprehensible blur

And the result was that even Brian Cox couldn't keep her awake last night:

I have to say, Brian Cox puts me a bit to sleep too though

My Friend has 2 Cocker Spaniels , they are lovely but never stop barking

Looks like a great time! I find staffies sometimes are a bit too much for some other breeds, but that spaniel was up for it. Mia looks in excellent shape by the way.

Glad to hear it's not just Mia that's a bit.. err... enthusiastic during play then!

We're lucky in that she regularly gets to play with various dogs from the area but for her that usually involves jumping in their faces or running round them at 300mph which must be quite annoying. I'm gradually learning to spot the, "I've had enough now," face on other dogs

Mani grabbed a 14 week old large breed puppy by the neck and dragged her for about 4 feet yesterday. Oh dear. Thankfully the owner knew how rough these breeds play and sure enough the puppy came back for more straight after.
