Crying or Very sad

i have 13hr shift tomorrow and i can feel a cold coming with vengeance. i cant be arsed with it i hate colds so much waaaaaaaaaaaaaah

what can you do to stop a cold

I dont think you can really stop a cold only take medication to relieve the symptoms. Plenty of drinking water, a paracetamol, if you can take it, hot drink of honey,lemon and ginger may help too.

Don't think we will ever find a cure for a cold. Hope it was just some 24 hour thing and your feeling great tomorrow. Hope work goes well

Ahh it didn't come. the water and benidryl and cold tablets seem to have stemed it a little. I can still feel it brewing though, but i just need to get through the day hahah
