I dont feel the xmas buzz anymore

I didn't feel it either But tody is Xmas Day so I'm getting pretty buzzed right now

i got plenty of beer but after last night i dont even want to drink it

I love it just still feel rough from yesterday! I did just open a sneaky present though

It's probably just the anesthetic kicking in . Me personally been dreading it , way too much hassle , too many massive family fallouts and a broken hearted wife to deal with but life goes on and a little bit of Xmas spirit is starting to get through

Nah Steve, it happens. christmas is brilliant when we are children, and every year we strive to recapture that magic.

If and when we have children ourselves, that magic can return and we enjoy Christmas vicariously through them.

Personally, I am giving christmas a miss this year if I possibly can - last christmas was only 5 minutes ago and I just can't cope with it AGAIN - so SOON (although my son is insisting on having a Big Chicken - aka Turkey - for dinner tomorrow - in the middle of the week!

Just sometimes mate life is a lot easier if you don't , I love my daughter to bits but the stepson is proving to be a source of a few heartaches, you've got kids anyway 3 of em so hope you've got them all tucked up and ready for santa

LOL I know that feeling oh so well and think I suffer from mild depression around this time of the year and also on my Birthday , can't believe where all the time goes

I lost the excitement a few years ago we used to make a habit of spending Christmas eve evening together watching films and eating and whatnot, and now it's just everyone doing their own thing. I don't mind it, I like my own company and not making a huge fuss. I wouldn't even have decorations if it was my house, I'd just celebrate it for the food
