Hello all, i'm new to owning a sbt, i've got a 4 yr old female, and ive already made my first mistake. i bought a ball on a rope from the pound shop, it lasted about 2 mins lol.

were in ryde, i' like someone who knows what there doing to take a look at her, maybe guess her age, i was told 4.

we're in newport so not far away from you,i'd ask your vet next time you take her,they should be able to give you a good idea on her age,where did you get her from?we have so many staffy's on the island.

Its a sad story really, ive only had her 3 days, shes house trained, good with kids. someone has but alot of time and money in her.a proper cutie.

In a word no, thats why i'm looking for someone who knows the breed to have a quick look at her, i'm in newport most days.

does she seem in good health,eating well and seem happy enough to you?i would want a vet to give her the once over just so i knew every thing seemed fine with her.

yes she seems fine, ive been reading on here and she seems normal. doesnt like cats, birds, ignores other dogs if they dont growl at her. but i'll get her to a vets to be on the safe side [ can you recomend one ]

sash goes to the one in wootton,just by the butchers,so not far from ryde.they have always been good with her.all the things you have mentioned does seem normal,how is she settling in with you.have a good read around the forum here,you'll get lots of good advise if you need it

I think she knows shes landed on her feet here, ive learned alot off here and hope to learn more. its going to be a learning curve for both of us lol.

i'll learn, the ball on a rope was my first clanger, i just watched in amazment as she destroyed it, but saying that a tip i got off here came in handy tonight on our walk. because we had no ball i found a box which she proceded to destroy. after picking up the mess we left the scene lol
