chewing everything up

my dog Sadie she about 20 month old, I've own her for about 12 months now when I first got her she chew few thing up, dig hole in my wall too, so I start to just leave her in the hall way, she been good for few month so I start give her the run of the house, everything was going good but now she start chew everything up when I'm at work and she ripped my cushion up, ripped my bed up too , I've bought her Kong toys and she been spayed too.

Sound slike seperation aniexity. Do you exercise her before leaving her alone? Is there someone that can take her for a walk in the middle of the day?

no, I do not take her for walk before work as I work early morning and I don't like walking the street at 3am by myself, I'm trying to sort someone come walk her in the day when I'm at work.

Should be a big help. If they have too much energy and are left alone they tend to find bad ways to entertain themselves. You could try some mental stimulation or a game of tug in the meantime

Has your routine changed? Is she being left for a longer period of time?
