Has potential now but......

After an absolutely horrendous week at work - never knowing if we were coming or going and working a few long days, I still had to get in the car and drive down to look at this house after working at 6.30am today.
Actually I didn't drive, Trevor did as I really needed a Nanna nap along the way

The area is about 40 mins south of where we currently live but way closer to the coast.

I hate the front facade and trying to see beyond this......so I'm playing around with pics of our furniture to see if fits in on the inside......
The yard is smaller than I wanted but there is a park across the road and the beach is not far........
There is a Doberman on the shed side that wanted to know what I was doing around that side of the house and the lady came out and respectfully told it to "shoosh", so we had a conversation behind the fence about dogs

It ticks a lot of boxes (90% at a rough guess)....
but as our house in Adelaide sold for less than we hoped we have to be realistic about the limit we want to pay.

I keep wondering if we should just wait till after Xmas and save out buts off and then see whats around. I've seen a few houses that tick all the boxes for less........

If you don't buy the house buy that sofa in front of the TV I could sleep on that

If it's not exactly what you are looking for you can always wait. If you buy and see something in a few months you like better you can't go back.
