Can tiredness affect food intake?

Lola was out and about all yesterday, and didn't have her mid day snooze, slept like a rock last night as was as good as comatose this morning

I've been told that she's slept most of today, but she hasn't been outside at all for a number two (save for a small effort when I got back from work) and she hasn't eaten at all.

Can toredness affect them In the eating/digestion department?

I'm taking her on our evening walk shortly, hopefully she'll do her usual elephant drops...

Yes, it can. As long as she's happy in herself & is drinking, don't worry. If she goes another 24 hours without a poop then you might want to give her something to shift it!

Ahhh bless, is she drinking OK ?

Oh mi god yes!!!! At home 6 year old Eric eats like horse, just as we are getting ready for walkies.. he sees that our boots are going on and lead getting ready.. he wolfs his food BUT!!!!!! when we go camping and do hikes for 12 hours at a time he seems to reduce his intake!! weird! he drinks loads but seems to go into atheletic mode. his little tummy dissapears and his shoulders broaden.. Get home agian and he is back to routine. As long as your baby is drinking plenty I should not worry too much

She's drinking fine, half way through the hike now, she's tried in all her usual spots but nothing's moved as it were, but she's happy enough, running about and being her usual self

Time for Lola's shower now, I'm about to get very very wet with a very grumpy staffy

As long as she is drinking and wanting to exercise she is okay. I wouldn't worry unless it's been a couple of days.
