OH MY GOD , we shouldnt have to encourage people to go home , we should just send them home , it's our damn country not theirs,

because of the human right act we may have to allow prisoners to vote it's a joke, labour as to blame for the human right act without putting something in place so this wouldn't happen.

If they do have to serve jail time for whatever they've done and they're not from here (unless they're classed as British citizens) then I think it's only fair that they go to their own jails. That said...most people are very selfish and have this weird sense of patriotism or forgets that the world belongs to everyone. Some jails have such horrific conditions that I don't think it's fair to force anyone to live in them, because no matter what crimes you may have committed, you're still entitled to basic dignities and rights. So why would you not want to make them better places? Unless it's because it's "not our problem," in which case, why give any money to any charities or try to help anyone but ourselves?

that not our problem IMO we welcome them into a country gave them huge amount of benefits for them to abuse it to end up inside... us tax payer shouldn't be funding better prison for them in their countries when we need better prisons in our country
