Doggie Life Jacket

Ordered a doggie life jacket for Dempsey - large size, 80 - 105cm girth.

It came today. THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE!! They've sent one that's for 50 - 70cm girth! It won't even go round him let alone do up!

Can't these people read a simple order form?

I've emailed them & told them I want the right one sent immediately & if they want the other one back they'll have to send me a postage paid label.

And the phone still isn't working, despite the fact that they said it would be working today!

I was gonna say do you want me to send some lads round? but I think this is more serious than that.....so do you want me to send Mrs Blue round medication free?

Yes, please! If she could pop over & slap the life jacket people, collect the correct jacket & then go see the idiots at Orange to get them to turn my phone sims on, I'd be grateful!
