Gentle Leader

For those of you who have seen my posts before Lola is a terrible puller & all the advice we have been given so far such as stop, sit, wait.. Or walking backwards did not work.

Today we bought a gentle leader, I cant say Lola loved it... But I sure did! It was amazing, Lola learnt that if she pulled it would tighten around her mouth & she was beside me the whole walk to the park. Even when I gave her slack on the lead so she could have gone in front of me... She didnt

I must admit I did feel slightly bad as when we stopped to sit & cross the road she looked up at me with sad eyes & let out a little cry, But it wasnt hurting her & no choke chains involved to strangle her.. Of course I took her extendable to so we ran round in lots of circles without the gentle leader once at the field.
