Hope they don't just say they rebooted it and charge you £30! Mine did that and the computer wasn't fixed at all they basically just deleted all my *.

OMG i had pc healthcare and when i wanted my laptop keys replacing (thanks cairo) they wanted to take it away for 6 weeks just to unscrew the keyboard and put a new one in.So i cancelled it,went to an independant shop down the road and he replaced it in 10 minutes while i waited.I never have good experiances with pc world.

I took a pc in to PC World (remember the Tiny Computers?) and they said it was the main fan & they couldn't repair it cause of the size (it was too small!).

I took it to a local guy who said that it was nothing to do with the fan - the fans were ok - it was the power inlet. He changed that & it worked for another 2 years! He only charged me £15!

I don't trust any pc repair people. I went in to buy a new processor and had a bit of an argument with the guy over whether that was what was wrong with it. Told him I built it and had gone through everything else. He thought I was wrong and talked me into letting him look at it. Couple of weeks later and £80 lighter I got it back with a new processor

my first pc i had a number of problem with it and the pc word when it all mess up it take them like 4 weeks to decide it wasn't fixable but i been really lucky with this pc

Yeah PC world are a bit rubbish. But i have a bad track reccord with computers so i think i would fork out a 5er a month haha

they was good this time only week i got it back in a week, i think it becasue more and more people are buying ipads or waiting till they cant use the pc anymore till they get it fixed with how the economic is at the moment
